天獅直銷為何兵敗發(fā)達國家?

記者了解到,天獅最近在北美一些國家的直銷慘遭敗北。春節(jié)后不長時間,天獅加拿大和美國的公司因直銷敗北而拍賣物品和產(chǎn)品。6年前,天獅多倫多分公司開業(yè)后十分氣派,員工都有幾十人,而現(xiàn)在的分公司已經(jīng)搬到了多倫多華人區(qū)的一座普通寫字樓里,只有3小間只能容納兩個人辦公的小辦公室,房間還都不挨著,只剩下兩個員工在拍賣所有的產(chǎn)品和物資。自天獅西歐發(fā)達國家分公司相繼關(guān)門之后,北美這塊發(fā)達國家的最后陣地,在經(jīng)歷了9年掙扎之后,最后還是關(guān)門大吉。至此,天獅在發(fā)達國家的直銷宣告全面失敗。
天獅直銷為何兵敗發(fā)達國家?記者采訪了我國著名直銷經(jīng)濟理論研究專家歐陽文章先生。歐陽文章從三個方面分析了天獅直銷兵敗發(fā)達國家的原因。
“第一,發(fā)達國家對中國幾千年的養(yǎng)生文化并不認同。”歐陽文章說,天獅的產(chǎn)品大多數(shù)是根據(jù)我國幾千年的養(yǎng)生文化而研發(fā)的。說到中國的養(yǎng)生文化,包括中醫(yī)的精髓,發(fā)達國家的民眾是不認同的。西方發(fā)達國家的白色人種,一般而言是很孤傲的,他們很多人都不相信中國的保健產(chǎn)品會給他們帶來健康。因此,在這些國家,天獅的產(chǎn)品大多不受歡迎,而在東南亞就顯得很歡迎。不認同中國的養(yǎng)生文化,這就導致了天獅直銷在發(fā)達國家不可能運作長久。
“第二,天獅在發(fā)達國家的直銷管理很不科學?!睔W陽文章指出,天獅的直銷真正起家是在海外,上世紀90年代他們就到俄羅斯發(fā)展直銷,后來擴展到東歐國家,取得了很大的成功。當時他們在國外的直銷管理也很粗糙,但俄羅斯和東歐國家原來都是社會主義國家,對中國還是有一定感情的,因此,盡管管理粗糙,但由于當?shù)氐恼闹С趾兔癖姷膹V泛參與,直銷做得風生水起,非常成功。但是,西方發(fā)達國家就不一樣,這些國家的企業(yè)管理本來就很科學,如果中國企業(yè)在那兒管理混亂,最終是要被無情的市場所淘汰。天獅直銷兵敗發(fā)達國家就是一個明顯的例子。天獅在發(fā)達國家的直銷管理,大多數(shù)用的直銷團隊中的“華人”,而當?shù)卣嬲芾淼摹把笕恕眳s很少。這些“華人”,充其量是一個網(wǎng)頭,對企業(yè)的管理可以說是一竅不通,這就不可避免會出現(xiàn)管理混亂的情況,也必然會導致直銷兵敗發(fā)達國家的情況。
“第三,中國總部與發(fā)達國家分公司有著嚴重的利益矛盾?!睔W陽文章說,據(jù)說一些海外分公司為了他們自身利益,居然與中國總部不協(xié)調(diào)合作,而是謊報“軍情”,造成嚴重虧損的假象,把大量的利潤歸為已有。中國總部也曾設法協(xié)調(diào),但在利益面前,這些“華人”先自撈一把,總部也鞭長莫及,只好宣布關(guān)門。這一情況在北美的一些國家尤為突出。加拿大多倫多分公司成立到現(xiàn)在有6年多時間,應該說曾經(jīng)也有業(yè)績不錯的光景,但后來為什么會經(jīng)營慘淡,幾近關(guān)門,一個很重要的原因就是多倫多分公司與中國總部在利益上有著很大的矛盾,而且這些矛盾由于長期得不到解決,造成業(yè)績連年下滑,公司入不敷出?!疤飒{如果對多倫多分公司再不采取有力的措施,遲早也會關(guān)門的?!睔W陽文章如是說?!?/div>
